About Our Company

Eight Point Solutions LLC (EPS) is a security training and consulting firm based in Lanham, Maryland. EPS is engaged to train personnel, assess readiness, and address gaps in how organizations prepare for real-world incidents.

Work typically includes instruction on use-of-force standards, emergency response, and documentation expectations, supported by scenario-based training and follow-on guidance for supervisors and leadership. Training is delivered on site through instructor-led courses and mobile training teams, with programs adapted to each organization’s policies, roles, and operating conditions.

Differentiators

  • Operationally experienced instructors, not career trainers

  • Programs adapted to site conditions, roles, and existing procedures

  • Mobile training teams for on-site delivery

  • Instruction delivered by the same personnel who plan the training
