In recent weeks, Eight Point Solutions has executed a series of high-impact moves. From adding instructors with deep federal and law enforcement experience to expanding tactical range access, launching drone response capabilities, rebuilding our digital infrastructure, and formalizing job placement partnerships, every development reflects forward momentum. These are not surface-level improvements. They represent a clear evolution in how EPS delivers training, support, and results across the security sector.
Instructors from FLETC, DOE, and Police Academies Now Onboard
We have expanded our instructional team with professionals who have trained and served at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), the Department of Energy, and municipal and state police academies. These individuals now work with EPS directly and play a central role in delivering our mission-focused training programs.
Their presence enhances our credibility with government clients, strengthens our curriculum design, and ensures each course is grounded in operational realism.
Expanded Access to Tactical Training Ranges
EPS now operates on a broader network of tactical ranges, allowing us to increase training frequency, regional accessibility, and course variety. These additional locations support advanced marksmanship, close-quarters instruction, and scenario-based evolutions that mirror real-world operational demands.
With this expansion, clients can expect more flexible scheduling and improved training realism, especially for federal and contract teams requiring high-fidelity field environments.
Digital Infrastructure Rebuilt for Operational Scale
Our internal systems have undergone a complete rebuild. The new platform improves client interface speed, strengthens cybersecurity, and supports national-scale operations with precision. Training records, scheduling, and performance tracking are now streamlined for both internal coordination and external reporting.
This infrastructure supports our future trajectory. It enables us to scale without sacrificing responsiveness or control, and lays the groundwork for future digital offerings such as remote assessments and credential integrations.
EPS Launches Drone Response Division
EPS has officially entered the drone response sector through a partnership with a leader in aerial security systems. These tools are now in use across the Eastern United States, providing real-time intelligence and support during active shooter incidents and other high-threat events.
The integration of drone systems into emergency response protocols offers clients enhanced situational awareness, faster decision-making, and safer deployments. This addition reflects EPS’s commitment to combining tactical readiness with advanced technology.
Job Placement Strengthened Through Recruiter Partnerships
We have partnered with national recruiting firms to provide direct job placement pathways for EPS-trained professionals. These roles include federal contracts, private security assignments, and executive protection opportunities both domestic and abroad.
This initiative ensures that EPS training leads directly to viable careers. It also reinforces our role as a trusted source of qualified candidates in the government and private security sectors.
Leadership Through Challenge
At EPS, leadership is built on clarity, action, and adaptability. Progress does not come from perfection. It comes from motion. And even setbacks, when met with the right mindset, create forward momentum.
“I have failed upward in this journey,” said EPS founder Mr. Rogers. “But every time I get back up, I realize I’ve already taken three steps in the right direction. That mindset built this company, and it’s the mindset that will keep us moving forward.”
Every decision made in the last several weeks reflects that philosophy. Whether it’s who we hire, how we train, or the tools we deploy, EPS is moving forward with focus and resolve.
