Set up your official Maryland State Police licensing account online

Submit Application

Complete the Security Guard Certification Initial application form

Get Fingerprinted

Schedule and complete LiveScan fingerprinting at authorized location

Employer Submission

Your licensed employer completes and pays for the final application

Receive Approval

Track status until you receive "Not Disapproved" certification
